PREGNANCY TEST & VERIFICATION

DO I HAVE TO SCHEDULE AN APPOINTMENT?

Yes! Walk-ins are no longer allowed, please call (989) 773-6008 to schedule an appointment.

HOW ACCURATE ARE YOUR TESTS?

Our Pregnancy tests are one of the most sensitive urine-based tests available, detecting concentrations of hCG as low as 20mIU/ml.

HOW ARE YOUR TESTS ADMINISTERED?

The client will collect a urine sample. Then, when medical staff is available, a licensed RN will administer the test. On days when medical staff is not available, the client will administer the test under the direction of Life Choices personnel.

HOW SOON WILL I GET MY TEST RESULTS & PREGNANCY VERIFICATION?

You will get your test results while you are at your appointment.

CAN I TAKE A COPY OF MY VERIFICATION WITH ME?

Yes, you may take a copy of that verification with you if you request it.

ULTRASOUND

Our Medical Center has a Registered Nurse who is trained in Limited Obstetrical Ultrasound.

Limited Obstetrical Ultrasound is used for the following 3 reasons:

  1. To find a pregnancy inside the uterus.

  2. To find a viable pregnancy (heartbeat).

  3. To find a gestational age by taking measurements.

We DO NOT provide a diagnosis of gender or abnormalities.

An ultrasound can give you a peace of mind about your pregnancy and give you information that you need.
